There are 23… yes you heard me right…. 23 gals playing along and each will have a winner of one of these cute Elf on the Shelf digi’s…. and one Grand Prize winner will receive an Elf on the Shelf gift set! So jump through and share the love… you only have Monday and Tuesday to add your comments to be entered for the prizes…. so hurry hurry hurry!
Thanks so much for stopping by! Have a wonderful day!

Passing the Amber Ink Torch
It’s time to pass on the Amber Ink Orange Torch! I had so much fun… even though life got in the way! I was introduced to some amazing new images and took my first plunge with iPapers! You can see all my Amber Ink projects here. And I do have more projects in the works…. since the images are so dang cute!
My time as an Amber Ink Torchbearer has passed, but I think you’ll agree that the gal picking up the Orange Torch will make you forget all about me! Please welcome Michelle Single as Orange Torchbearer for October!!!
She is such a fun gal and is all over the place in interests and activities. She loves her coffee… almost as much as me so I knew we were destined to be friends! Please share the love and see what exciting things Michelle has in store for you!
Thanks to Pam and Amber for a fabulous month!

Sewing along with Amber Ink
This new image from Amber Ink is just too cute! You know me and how much I love to color… so playing along with shading the folds in the blanket was so neat! I decided to add some stitching to the blanket with a white signo pen.
This beauty and the iPaper will be available at Amber Ink soon! Thanks so much for stopping by and taking a look, please let me know what you think. I’m having a ball as Orange Torchbearer… just a tad late… but catching up!

Amber Ink and Cupcake Inspirations!
Sorry to be gone for a bit... sometimes things just don't happen how you we want them to. On to the good stuff! Amber Ink is the sponsor this week over at Cupcake Inspirations. And this cupcake is amazing! Swing by and play along!
I went with the colors for my inspiration, but really who wouldn’t want a nice drink to go along with a yummy cupcake!
I crinkled up my green iPaper and took some distress ink to it. Decided to add some crystal lacquer on the glasses. The image is from the Girl’s Night In set by Amber Ink.
Thanks so much for stopping by and taking a look! Let me know what you think!

Ways to Use it Blog Hop Fun!
The Ways to Use It Challenge Team is having a bit of fun today! We decided that we should kick off September with a Blog Hop… and not just any hop… but a bit of a peek at our challenges for the rest of the month! Speaking of…. Michelle’s challenge starts today, so go play along!
Our theme for the month is SCHOOL! So keeping that in mind… if you can correctly guess what my school related challenge will be by checking out this card… you’ll be entered in a random draw. I’ll feature an example made by the random winner in my challenge on the 15th over at Splitcoast! How cool is that.
Thanks so much for taking a look.. now take a guess at what you think my challenge is, then hop on over to Hannah’s Blog and see if you can figure out her challenge too! Here’s the whole blog roll in case you haven’t made it through them all!

Th(INK) Tank with Amber Ink
Two posts in one day....Woo Hoo! Back with my first project as the Orange Torchbearer on the Amber Ink Th(INK) Tank Team! I saw this set Girl’s Night In and was just itching to color her! Not to mention adding some stickles to that rock on her finger!
This was also my first time to play with Digi Papers! I took my files down to Office Depot and printed out whole sheets! It was great! I decided to make a gate fold card and carried the pretty Gerbera Daisy iPaper on to the inside.
Be sure to check out Amber Ink and all the fun stuff they have to play with! Thanks for stopping by, let me know what you think! Have a wonderful day!

CDAC Progressive Challenge
This is the first round of the CDAC Progressive Freebie Challenge. I am just barely making it in by the cut off… being sick can throw all kinds of wrenches in plans. Anyhow, this cute little girl is from Anne’s Digital Art, you can find some of her work on her blog Anne’s “Cards 4 U”. I colored her with copics and added some highlights with a white signo pen. Can't wait to see what images round 2 brings!
Thanks so much for stopping by! Hope you have a wonderful day!

Final Farewell Blog Hop
Where to begin…. This is our monthly hop sponsored by Paper Wings, a place where Angels gather. It is with sadness in my heart that I say it is the Final Farewell Hop as TAC has closed its doors and hung up its wings.
What has The Angel Company meant to me… I have learned that there are people in the world that truly are a blessing to others. They give their time, talent and hearts to encourage and lift up those around them in need. Friends, family and strangers find themselves the recipients of love and long distant hugs all wrapped up in a handmade card or gift or just a word of prayer. I have met some amazing ladies and learned so much from them. Be a Blessing… such a simple thought but so easy to forget.
This first project was my Prop Swap at TAC’s Seminar this year. I had such a good time making it and hope that it is bringing joy to the lovely Angel that received it. Happily Grateful is one of my favorite TAC sets, it can be used in so many different ways. I used Background Soup to distress my freshly painted box… much to my father’s dismay. He couldn’t understand why I would want to make it look dirty… we crafters are devious aren’t we!
The PP and TAG are from the Amberley Grace SWIC. The flowers were made by cutting circles into spirals.
In life there are always obstacles to overcome and detours to take. It seems that the image they chose for our Inspiration book cover was preparing us.
A truly happy person is the one
who can enjoy the scenery on a detour.
I even pulled out my all time favorite TAC paper Mulberry Meadow…. yes, I’ve been hoarding it. I colored with copics and then took a white signo pen to the sentiment. Did some sewing on the panels and there you have it.
This is just a detour, and I do intend to enjoy the scenery. Thank you so much for taking this journey with me. I treasure all of my Angel friends and can’t wait to see where this detour will take them. Please take the time to see what they have to share with you.
