DDH Challenge #4 Paper Piecing
Its time for another challenge on the Digi Design House Blog! This time around our Hostess is Paula-Kay and she has really thrown down this time! Paper Piecing with digi images is a new one for me. I had so much fun digging through bits of scraps to put this together though! Even had to dig twice since I managed to run my sheet with the bits taped down the wrong way back through the printer… oh yeah, I’ve soooo got it going on!
I used the set A Day at the Beach from Digi Design House. The only bit not pieced is the book… I printed it on ivory and colored the outside with a brown copic, it was too fun gluing down the little bits!
Are you ready to play along yet???? Head on over to the DDH blog and check out some more paper piecing beauties then play! You can win some yummy DDH images!
Want some fun free downloads??? There is free downloadable patterned paper, tags, paper dolls and more to be found on the DDH store site under Digi Services!
Stamps: A day at the Beach (DDH), Oceans of Love (TAC)
Ink: Burnt Umber Palette
Paper: kraft (TAC), blue, tan (DCWV), other bits of scraps
Other: fiskar texture plates, sanding block, paper clip, pop dots
