Fairies and hand made flowers!
This lovely fairy is from the Digi Design House set Flower Fairies. I love the orange and blue color combo and decided I had to pull it into this one! The image is colored with copics. I took a glitter pen to her wings and dress, and an aqualip gel pen to create the “water” coming out of the watering can.
The new challenge over at DDH is handmade flowers, and it doesn’t get more handmade than this… my second attempt at this spiral cut flower. It is punched with a scallop circle punch and then I used scallop scissors to cut it in a spiral… not to self, cut it thin or it will be a tall funky looking thing… thus the second attempt. I tore out the leaves and tried to emboss vein lines but they aren’t very visible here.
Now it is your turn! Head over to the DDH blog for all the details and to upload your handmade flower entry! You could win some yummy digis to play with!
Thanks for stopping by, please let me know what you think!
